Finding the right moisture level is an art with jerky, but thanks to our experience and many tests, we have achieved the ideal moisture content of 45% – not too dry, not too moist, but just right for true jerky lovers.

Beef from Austria

For our jerky, we use meat from Austrian cattle that graze on lush meadows. The welfare of the animals is especially important to us. The beef is leaner, contains more omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, and has a more intense flavor than meat from fattened animals. This way, our jerky not only tastes better but is also good for nature.
