For our Beef Jerky, we use only meat from Austrian cattle. Animal welfare is our top priority: Our beef comes from pasture-raised cattle. This is not only good for the animals but also noticeable in the taste – leaner, more omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, more intense in aroma than grain-fed meat.
