My wife and I know Beef Jerky from the USA, where I was born. In the winter of 2014, we started making our own jerky because we couldn't find good beef jerky in Austria or Germany. We let all our friends and acquaintances try it - everyone insisted that it tasted excellent and many placed their first orders. We worked on the recipe, the logo, and the packaging and... Simple Jerky was born!

Simple Jerky contains a lot of passion and dedication for authentic beef jerky - from designing our logo, to the recipes, to choosing our meat supplier. In 2014, we were the first on the Austrian market to produce and sell jerky. Since then, there have been many imitators. However, here you have found the original.
