Classic Biltong

According to South African tradition, our Classic Biltong is air-dried for several days. No heat, no wood smoke. Coriander seeds, white and black pepper, as well as onion and salt give our Classic Biltong subtle flavors in which the pure meat taste is not lost. Air drying keeps each piece soft and tender.
