Countries of delivery

We currently deliver to all EU member states.

Shipping methods and delivery times

All orders are shipped using standard shipping. Normal delivery times are between 1 and 5 working days from the shipping date. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases, such as public holidays or high order volume.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total order value. They are shown transparently during the checkout process.
In some countries, we offer free shipping above a certain order amount. You can find the exact terms on our website.

Packaging and logistics partners

Our products are packaged with care and in an eco-friendly manner. Shipping is handled by reliable carriers such as DHL, DPD, or GLS, depending on the destination.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking link.

Undeliverable shipments

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you immediately to find a solution or arrange a new delivery.
