Why Austrian beef in particular?
Benjamin JacobsSplit
"We could now give some very short, simple answers to this often-asked question. For example, because Austrian beef is sometimes the best. Also, because we know which nearly cattle-paradisiacal habitats are available and utilized. Of course, also because we are an Austrian company and want to source our raw material from Austria. But these are all rather subjective reasons. Therefore, here are some facts that explain why Austrian beef is the first choice for Simple Jerky:"

Primarily in the Alpine region, the diet of the animals is based on grass, hay, and silage. Antibiotics and concentrated feed are prohibited. Sufficient pasture areas provide a perfect habitat that is also utilized. All of this is reason enough for us to stick with Austrian meat.
